Tumutoa House is a property situated on the southern side of Rarotonga in the Vaimaanga district, on the Avaavaroa Marine Reserve an offering an amazing lagoon front simple getaway with the stunning Pacific Ocean views.
The property is situated on a clear beachfront property to provide a view of the waterfront and ocean in the distance and is a 2-bedroom Villa. These 2 bedrooms includes 1 master bedroom and 1 standard room, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed & air conditioning. The standard rooms feature a queen bed, air conditioning and can be split into twin share. Both rooms share a bathroom equipped with shower and toilet.
This property is equipped with a full kitchen—oven, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, jug, outside 6 seated dining table, outdoor BBQ with another 4 seated dining table and basic crockery, pots & utensils for easy simple cooking. In addition, a beachfront deck area. Laundry with washer, sink and iron. Swimming on the beach is limited in front of the property, however, just a short stroll down the beach and you can swim, have fun and relax.
Within a 15 minute walk away is a Wigmores Super market, petrol station, fast food takeaways serving hot food (Food Box), 2 fine dining restaurants (Yellow Hibiscus or Vaima Restaurant), an amazing popular cafe with great coffee and selection of food (Coco latte), Wigmores waterfall which offers a good walk and lovely scenic views when going across the centre of the island (3-4 hours walk with guide).
In the opposite direction, Papaaroa seawall & Fruits of Rarotonga
Snorkelling spot is 5 minutes’ drive away with the Fruits of Rarotonga Café,
Charlies Takeaways, Maire Nui Gardens, Little Polynesian Restaurant and Moana Restaurant also available as option. Other linking holiday homes available with Aramoana Group.
