It has a large front yard, and has claims to having the longest bar in Rarotonga. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, and has a veranda that stretches the length of the house, perfect for entertaining.

Apart from airport noise which is not as bad as u think we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location

TuiTui House is a 10 minute drive from downtown Avarua and 20 minutes from Muri Beach. Turn right from the house, a 5 minute walk away, you'll find Rarotonga National Stadium and pass the famous Turamatuitui Bakery & Petrol Station. To the left of the house within seconds you'll find Manea Foods; a small convenience store.

History

The land is owned by a descendent of the Tinomana (Chief) of Arorangi, and is of the royal bloodline (Ariki) of Rarotonga. Nikao is a village settlement on Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. It is located on the north coast to the west of the capital Avarua.

Blackrock

Black Rock (Tuoro) is also located at Nikao beach, across the street from the Golf Club, where in oral tradition the spirits of the dead are believed to depart for Avaiki.
