Master is a large Master bedroom with walk in waldrobe and bathroom Room 2 with queen bed is also a good sized bedroom. Room 3 with 2 singles and split king single(lge single) is also a big room for an apartment. Apt has 2 bathrooms. Ensuite has spa bath Extra wide hallway and open plan living over an Entertainers delight!! Enjoy it Friends. we love it!!

This apartment is an entertainers delight. Bar stools , easy access modern kitchen and the wonderful sea views are to die for.

Walk out of the apartment , cross the road and you are on New Zealands most beautiful beach.The views from the apartment window front are spectacular.

Apartment complex details

Our apartment is apartment # 3 in a complex of 6 apartments in total. It is located on the middle floor. It is clearly illustrated with the lights on in 2 pictures when it was photographed at dusk.It runs the length of the entire bldg and takes up half the width of the building. It is the only apartment with a recessed outdoor covered patio/deck seen on the right hand side of the building -looking at it from the beach front.The complex is managed by a body Corp and body Corp rules must be strictly adhered too. A copy of the rules are listed inside the apartment .It is actually the largest apartment and most private in the whole complex.
