Excellent and very helpful owner. Comfortable place to stay. You can't see the beach from the property but it is a very short walk down a private path to the beach. Great snorkling, whales near the reef. The property is right next to the Edgewater resort and close to shops etc on the road.

Carlo and Roberta were lovely hosts. They made us feel very welcome but also left us to enjoy our stay. The baked goodies in the morning were most welcome and delicious. If you are looking for a quiet relaxed stay away from the hustle of every day life then this is a great little place to hang out.

This was a fantastic property and the owners were brilliant. We had such a great stay and this was largely due to Carlo and Roberta being so welcoming and sharing their culture with us. We felt truly spoilt and privileged to meet such wonderful people. Highly recommend this house for anyone wishing to have a more cost effective holiday but a stones throw from the beach. A +++.

Lovely property. Better than we expected. We think that the description does not do it justice. Carlo is a great host and nothing is too much trouble. House is very comfortable and spacious with decks both sides. BBQ worked well as did the washing machine. Beds comfortable and both bedrooms have ensuites. A great location.

Carlo was a perfect host and went out of way to ensure everything was OK for us. The house was very clean and the location was handy to Crown Beach where the wedding was held and Edgewater, where other family members stayed.

We were extremely impressed with Carlo and the our accommodation. Can't fault any aspect. Perfect location on the island and Carlo was a very obliging landlord (fixed my phone charger so i didn't have to buy another one ;-) Friendly neighbours. Excellent value for money - we would definately stay here again. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable and easy.

Carlo was really accommodating had no problem whatsoever dealing with him. My husband and I had the main bedroom with the queen size bed which was very comfortable however my sisters had the room with the 2 single beds and found these to be somewhat very hard and narrow but apart from everything else was fine. Thankyou.

Absolutely lovely property and equally lovely hosts, who went well above and beyond in showing genuine care and attention when our son had the misfortune to stand on a stonefish. Beautifully presented accomodation with all the home comforts. AAA+ in our opinion.

A lovely couple who welcomed us into their B & B. a peaceful location and perfect for our family. The bus was easy to catch from the Resort next door and plenty of restaurants etc within walking distance. We can't wait to visit again

Loved our stay at the Tree House. Tucked away in a quiet peaceful location only a minute walk to the sugary white sandy beach this self-catering holiday home has a lot to offer. Great amenities, great outdoor entertainment areas, is spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy it’s a wonderful retreat from the hustle of typical resort settings.
Easily accessible by foot are numerous restaurants, drinking holes, bike/car hire and local shops.
A yummy breakfast can be arranged, at an extra charge from the host who are very friendly and helpful!
We had a slight issue with the single beds being too firm, but overall it offers all the comforts of home and I would happily stay there again and would recommend it to others.
