Stunning master bedroom upstairs with extra length king size bed facing the sea, with sliding glass doors onto view balcony.
En suite bathroom upstairs with huge bath, spacious shower and his and hers basins.
Front bedroom downstairs with 2 x 3/4 beds, en suite bathroom with double volume shower, and door leading out onto veranda.
2nd bedroom downstairs with queen size bed.
3rd bedroom downstairs with double bunk beds.
3rd family bathroom downstairs with double volume shower.
Large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs. This area opens via 2 sets of concertina glass doors that make the most of the stunning view, onto a large patio with a portion protected from the southeaster.
There is a further self contained room at garage level with a single bed and pull out sleeper couch, and en suite shower and toilet. This room is fitted with a kitchenette
