Our 1st experience in Rarotonga was made even more perfect by staying at The Navigator! Our opinion is that the location is ideal to explore Muri, the pool is simply sublime and the beachfront positioning gives you privacy & views that are worth a million $$. The house had everything we needed and more. So much space to just relax. Beds were comfortable and towels were in abundance. Joy and John are wonderful hosts and happy to give advice and share their experiences. We wouldn't stay anywhere else, the value for $$ here is outstanding. Re booking for 2021!

From arrival to departure of the property was perfect. The owners of the property are absolutely the right people to host guests at their wonderful home right on the beach. Highly recommend this property to others that wish to holiday in the lovely Rarotonga.
Just a thought would love to have had a clothes washing machine on site otherwise no big deal at all.

Superb location & a lovely villa to stay in, but it should be noted that the villa is "open plan" including the bedrooms which are open to each other and to downstairs. This didn't spoil our enjoyment as we were with close family, but there could be privacy and noise issues for some guests.

very happy with the whole property, one comment though is, the relative "openplan" and privacy of the bedroom configuration would not suit everyone. It worked well for us as the 2 couples are related and it was not a problem, but can see how it could be for some people.

The view of the lagoon from the house was amazing. Our stay in the house was so comfortable it had everything we needed and more. There was always someone inquiring about this house, and it was good that it was ours for that week.

enjoyed our stay, was great how the beach, pool and house are only steps apart. it was beautiful to sit and have breakfast in the sun and looking out at the view. the house was roomey and like home. it was great

This is the best home in Raratonga. Air conditioning made sleeping a "dream" especially in the humidity. Five adults were not in each other's way.
Ths pool, the kayaks, the layout, all perfect!
