Stroll through the front garden and straight onto the Frankton Walking Track. A leisurely 20 minute walk along the track and through the botanical gardens will bring you into the heart of Queenstown restaurants, bars, cafes and attractions. Should you choose to drive into town, it takes only 3 minutes.

Private Jetty
The private jetty is right on your doorstep, it's a great place to relax, pack a picnic lunch or enjoy the colors of the sunset sky with a bottle of wine. Fun for the kids to splash around in the summer months and even enjoy a spot of fishing. We have a few junior fishing rods available upon request. It's also a very special setting for photographs.

Spacious and comfortable interior layout
The interior layout is spacious and comfortable for both large and small groups. The Upstairs level has two bathrooms and three bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds. 2 Bedrooms with Super King Beds plus a double Bunk Bedroom accommodating 4. The Bunk Room beds are all King Single size with high quality pillow top inner sprung mattresses. We provide luxury bed linens, quality feather duvets, electric blankets and plenty of pillows.

Downstairs Areas All Have Lake & Mountain Views
Downstairs has 2 x Queen Bedrooms, one with an ensuite. This area also features a second TV Room with a selection of dvd and aNintendo Wii Gaming Console with games. All downstairs areas enjoy the impressive mountain and lake views. High speed, unlimited fibre optic internet throughout the entire home.

Newly Renovated Bathrooms
Two of the upstairs bathrooms have been recently renovated (May 2016) and feature Italian stone tiles, quality fittings and a rain shower head in the Ensuite. Additional professional photos will be taken after the busy winter bookings

The designer kitchen is well-equiped with granite bench tops, stainless steel appliances and paneled white timber ceilings. Serene decor and oversized sofas in the living room offer the ultimate in relaxation, the curved sofa chairs swivel so you can be part of the conversation or swivel around and watch a multitude of programs on Sky TV, including the Sky Movie and Sports channels.

Entertain up to 12 guests at the rustic dining table or in the garden seating whilst barbecuing in the courtyard. In the summer months, open the bi-fold doors into the courtyard to create a seamless living space. The hot tub/spa, seating 7 people, sits at the end of the courtyard and enjoys those impressive views.

Soak up the morning sun listening to the birds on the upper and lower full-length balconies overlooking the lake and the gardens. During the warmer months remember to pick some fruit from the small orchid of trees in the front garden, apples, peaches and apricots are plentiful.
