The property is lovely, in a great position and we enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful town. Our only hiccup was trying to get in contact with the manager on arrival to obtain the code for the key safe, which took about an hour to get through. Everything was clean but there was dirty bed linen left on the floor of the laundry and a pair of reading glasses left in one of the bedrooms that hadn't been removed.
Otherwise the house was exactly as described and our experience there was memorable.

Hi Lynette,
Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you had a few issues with the cleaners who left a bag of linen in the laundry and a pair of glasses behind - I will talk to my manager to ensure they do not occur again.
I note the rating issued for key pick up on arrival is 1/5. The key pick up would have been resolved by following the arrival instructions, which advise you to contact my manager to arrange access when the arrival instructions were sent to you. This was emailed on 28.6.18, two months prior to your arrival date. Guests are requested to make this initial contact, so my manager knows their approximate ETA, and she could have provided the lockbox code at that time to save you any delays. Having said that, it is very unusual that you couldn't make contact for an hour, and it may just have been an issue outside of her control.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aspen. The location is stunning, views to die for and we used their car such was hugely convenient and good value for money. Everything was very comfortable and clean.
Just one leaky shower, which was a bit irritating to have to mop up the bathroom floor after each use. Not a huge problem, but hope they sort it for the next guests.

The upper level of this home opens to the spectacularly large and well appointed kitchen, living and dining area with high ceilings and unrivalled views over Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown Gardens and The Remarkables mountain range. Bi-fold doors to the patio allow the internal and external areas to merge and appreciate these stunning views. A gas fire built into a stone wall in the main living area plus wall heaters in each room and underfloor heating in the bathrooms ensures this property is warm year round. Also on this level is the master bedroom, complete with ensuite (separate bath and shower), walk in robe and reading area with private patio. A second formal living area which doubles as a media room is also blessed with the same outstanding views renowned in Aspen Grove with generous windows to enjoy the stunning panorama.
