Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, overlooks the pool with direct access to the porch outside. Large double mirrored robes and twin bedside drawers provide ample storage. Bedroom two overlooks the front garden and has two single beds, a chest of drawers and double wardrobe. The laundrette contains a family sized washing machine and laundry trough. The kitchen has microwave, separate grill, oven, all cooking utensils, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, wine glasses, large fridge and ample storage space. There is an iron and ironing board, large dining table for the family, sofa bed, high chair, sandpit toys and a fishing rod for the children. There are a variety of children's and family movies for your enjoyment. The apartment is on the ground floor and it's North/South orientation keeps it cool in summer. The living area and back porch look onto the pool. There are two swimming pools onsite which are fully fenced for safety.

The beachfront is across the road. There are ample barbecue and picnic tables for your enjoyment. Enjoy an early morning workout on the circuit, basket ball hoop and mini court, playgrounds for all ages are dotted along the foreshore. The path extends each way for more than ten kilometres, beautiful to walk, bike run (I do it myself on a regular basis and the beach looks different every day). The beach is safe for young children to swim and there is currently a ramp under construction for disabled access to the beach. Penguin Island is nearby, visit the fairy penguins in their natural habitat and if you're lucky you'll spot one of the many seals from nearby Seal Island. Explore the rugged beauty and history of Point Peron nearby, which has some of the best snorkelling spots in the region. The range of water acitivities for you to participate in is endless. Secret Harbour Surf beach is a 15 minute drive south, this is a world class surf beach. The beach is patrolled in summer and is also great for body boarding (or boogie boarding as we like to call it), if you don't know how to surf why not take couple of classes? Close by there are a range of water activites along the beach front which includes kayaking, parasurfing, kite surfing among other activities. BYO gear or hire from the many suppliers along the beach. There are boat ramps nearby. There are some great dive spots along nearby Rockingham beach, contact one of the local dive schools for more information. Unique to Rockingham is "swim with the dolphins" meet the dolphins and play with them in their natural environment. There are world class golf courses nearby, shopping, cafe strip and award winning restaurants along the Rockingham beach front. The Rockingham foreshore (about 10 mins away) regularly comes alive with festivals for all the family to enjoy. Contact details for all of this information and more is provided in the apartment.
