There was 8 of us staying at sunset quay and it was absolutely amazing. Lara the owner was wonderful and couldn’t of been more accomodating and just the perfect host. She met our every need. The house was perfect for us and so well equipped there was nothing lacking. The pool was great and we used it multi times everyday. Lara told us about a fabulous wee cafe/ bar a couple of doors down from us which we frequented daily which was fantastic call Baluga. Even though we had rain for the last few days it did not spoil our time at sunset quay. We all thought the property was better than the photos shown on home for hire. We got a lovely surprise and we will be back. Thank you Lara you are star with a darling wee princess. X

Brilliant location and holiday home. Would recommend highly. Owner very happy to assist with anything and even bought some toys for our sick granddaughter. We shall definitely return.

Amazing home. Very clean, well set out with everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen implements, cutlery, glasses etc. Great pool. Large private deck, three covered dining areas, large bedrooms, very nice bathrooms, laundry.....and the list goes on. The beach is off the yard and we saw a lot of Wales spouting just over the reef! The ladies were very accomodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay we'd love to come back one day.

I have been to the Cook Islands a few times now, however this was the first time my family had come with us, and I have to say out of all the places we have stayed (including hotels) in the past, this was the BEST!!!!! Excellent location, ideal house for a family to stay, this house had everything! Lara and the team are so friendly and accomodating, which made our stay that extra special. We will definately be coming back to this place.

This is the best accommodation we have stayed with in a very long time. It had the works and we wanted for nthing. The accommodation made our family's holiday perfect and we would definitely go back, the sooner the better.

Awesome property, and airport pickups & dropoffs worked a charm.
Had to purchase a couple of 'staples' which weren't provided (sugar, matches for insect coils). Perhaps a courtesy visit from owner/manager during our stay to check all was OK, would have improved our overall holiday, but otherwise GREAT.

We arrived late at night but the pick up was lovely, Chad was waiting and our kids were thrilled with the flower lei. The vehicle to get us to the house was spacious and comfortable, the house the same.
Complimentary fresh fruit & drinks a totally unexpected and very welcome bonus.
All the rooms were beautifully equipped and beds comfortable, the bathrooms hotel quality with shampoo etc in ample supply. Books, movies and games in the cupboard great if it rains.
Its right on the beach, has amazing sunset views, is sheltered from the wind but not the lovely breezes. Comfy couches for relaxing, inside and out, tables for eating at and playing games. Great selection of movies for quiet night in. Free snorkels excellent & we used them right at the house and around at Fruits of Rarotonga.
House within easy access of everywhere - highly recommend the location. We loved it all and would happily recommend it to anyone from couples who like to spread out to families and groups.

This property is excellent value for money and the onsite owner / manager very accommodating. Airport Lei welcome is a great touch and Airport transfers by the owner can be arranged ahead of time with the possibility of car hire as well.
If you are after a very comfortable beach house with all the mod cons, comparative privacy and tropical island style beach in the back yard, this is the place.
The Islands' friendly but somewhat unconstrained domestic pets, including early morning Rooster wake up are the only surprises here for urban dwellers.
About 500 m down the beach to the South there is a great little open air Bar called the Shipwreck Hut, serving cocktails in glass jam jars along with the usual International bottled beers.

Superb property, far exceeded our expectation. Is much better then portrayed in the photos. The setting is "out of this world". Owners were friendly and so very helpful, and made our stay most comfortable. We were 4 adults holidaying with a 3 year old and a 1 year old, and the house set up was perfect and the facilities provided were excellent. (the sound system onto the front verandah, enhanced the embiance). The large lawn leading down to the beach was very very safe, and perfect for our needs. We most highly recommend this property.

This property was just beautiful ... inside and out. Abundantly and tastefully furnished. Kitchen incredibly well equipped. If only the weather was up to the same standard!! Shame about the wind and rain!
