LOCATION

Located very near the shores of Lake Wakatipu, which boasts outstanding views and quick access to the water for a summer dip or for catching the water taxi into central Queenstown. Enjoy a 20 minute lakefront walk along the trail to the nearby Hilton hotel for fabulous dining options or relax with a local glass of wine at their popular "Pinot Pit." For the more adventurous hop, on your mountain bike and ride along the lake around the Kelvin Peninsula, past the golf club and finish at Jack's Point. This is a popular track offering spectacular lake and mountain views. Golfers will love the close proximity to the Queenstown Golf Club, known as one of the most picturesque courses in the world. With year-round sunshine, this is the best course to play in the winter. Skiers will love being a short drive away from the Remarkables ski access road.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. •Rates are inclusive of GST. •Minimum night stay of 3 nights most of year (as per council regulation) and 4 nights during ski season. Min 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period and minimum 4 night stay applies for Chinese New Year period. •A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. •Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Sunnyside Vista. •No pets or animals are permitted. •Sunnyside Vista is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. •A $150 fee applies for use of the spa pool.
