Sunnyhills Short Stay Bed and Breakfast
If you’re coming to visit family close by or are looking for a base while you check out where to live in the greater Auckland area then our short stay bed and breakfast is perfectly suited to you.
We offer a spacious ground floor unit in one of East Auckland’s “where to live” area’s. The eastern peninsula offers a fantastic beachside lifestyle within a very desirable area for primary and secondary schools and is a popular choice for immigrating families.
Continental Breakfast is included with your stay consisting of a choice of cereals, toast, seasonal fruit, yoghurt and juice. Coffee and Tea is complimentary.
The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, and cooking gear. Whiteware includes a full size fridge, freestanding oven, dishwasher, washing machine and laundry tub.
The generous open plan living area includes table and chairs, 50 inch plasma TV, DVD, freeview and stereo system. There are also lot’s of DVD’s, CD’s, books, puzzles and board games available for use.
Large sliding doors open up to a covered deck area with outdoor furniture in a lovely tropical garden setting.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with good water pressure, heated towel rail and hairdryer. An abundant amount of fluffy towels will be provided!
The generously proportioned main bedroom has a new Design Mobel Flexi Slat bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. Sliding doors open onto a newly decked outdoor area with sun loungers and umbrella.
Bedroom 2 has single size wooden bunks with new extra thick foam mattresses.
All bedding, linens and towels will be supplied.
There is off street parking available.
Children’s play equipment includes a springfree trampoline, a sandpit, and use of the swimming pool in the summer months.
Babysitting can be arranged. Please enquire.
We are in a great area to house yourself for The Rugby World Cup in 2011 as public transport links are closeby and the Pakuranga Rugby Grounds at Lloyd Elsmore Park are 5 minutes away.
