North facing, all day sun and totally secluded. There are 4 or 5 beaches in walking distance,Hekerua Bay is the closest at 2 min walk. Oneroa village with lots of cafes, shops, cinema etc is a few minutes drive and the ferry terminal Matiatia is 5 min drive.

Artistic Bungalow:

The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets and can sleep 6-8. There is a large sunny deck at the front of the house with outside table and chairs seating up to eight. Most of the house has a yarrah floor and wooden ceilings, antique furniture, comfortable sofa's, original artwork etc. Three double bedrooms and one single bedroom with possible use of a caravan. The dining table seats 6-7, appliances include TV (no sky) and DVD, microwave, gas stove/oven, washing machine (no dryer)etc. Off-street parking for car/boat. Kitchenware and cutlery etc provided. Bring your own linen and bedding.
