Nice location, Beach right on the door step, short walk to some good snorkelling, close to other venues eg bike hire, dive gear hire , church and island night venues. Round island bus is on the main road outside. Inside was comfortable and clean, and quiet at night. Outside was pleasant but looking a bit tired. Has a nice covered deck. Pool was nice for a swim. Owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely studio. Absolute bliss, so nice and quiet with just the sound of the waves crashing on the reef. Just perfect.

We had a fabulous holiday! Our studio accommodation was perfect and met all of our needs, this also included a complimentary bowl of delicious island fruits. Situated on the beach, coconut trees with amazing sunsets, a decked pool area and beautiful fragrant tropical gardens. Bus transport was at the end of the driveway and there are numerous eateries within walking distance along the beach. Idyllic part of Paradise to visit and just relax.
I can't say enough about our wonderful hosts, Nooroa and Doug, (you to Meg). When collected from the Airport, we were taken to the supermarket. On a wet Saturday, Nooroa showed us places of interest around town, with a stop at the supermarket. We were spoilt! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and we both look forward to visiting again. Deb and Tony

Doug's place is in a fantastic location to see the sunsets. Having such close and easy access to a great beach and the pool was terrific! The owners were discrete but available when we needed anything.

Many thanks to Doug and Nono for having us on their property. They were a nice mix of welcoming, and respecting our privacy..They allowed us to check in early, and invited us to join them and their family for a drink on night. Also very kindly gave us a ride to the airport. I was wondering if they should put together a visitor information folder (we had one at the previous house which we found really useful) Things related to the studio/bbq etc, and also local shops/ eateries, or swimming spots/scooter/snorkel hire (we hired one of their scooters , which was great) Regards Tam and Charles

You're safe at the Sundowner beach Bach. The gated grounds house the owners domicile. They're on-site, but not obtrusive. A fresh water swimming pool compliments the property.
A small well stocked grocery store is a short walk away. Nearby, Aroa Beachside boasts evening cocktails and local musicians.
