About the Property

This home has 5 bedrooms, three of which are for rent. Two of these rooms have queen beds and ensuites, while the third room has two king-single beds. Rooms get either morning and/or all day sun. The property is up a private driveway and has a quiet and relaxing setting. The kitchen has been recently renovated with gas cooking and granite benchtops. This area is open plan with it flowing into the informal dining area. This part of the house gets all day sun. There is also a formal dining room (pictured) which seats 8-10 guests. The pool is not heated, however there is an in-ground spa pool for use. There are 4 paddocks and two friendly horses. We also have a dog and a cat who are both well natured and love visitors. As the lifestlye block is surrounded by a dairy farm, there are farm walks up the race and if desired a visit to view the process of milking cows. Some food included however if you would prefer a fully catered experience this could be possible with an adjustment in price. Also, we would prefer to hire out three bedrooms and not the entire property thanks.
