About the House

The Beach House sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms. Elegant and light in cream and brocade, the master bedroom opens on to a small private courtyard. You’ll be delighted with the comfortable queen size bed; overhead fan; sea grass privacy screen and ensuite with glass enclosed shower and separate full size bath. The second double bedroom features another queen size bed and has a semi ensuite bathroom, also with a bath and shower. There is a single bedroom with a desk and chair. A large photo of a lonely yacht in a pink sunset at Denham in WA’s Shark Bay sets the theme. The fourth bedroom features a double bunk bed. And we all know how much kids love bunk beds! There is also a folding bed and portable cot, providing more sleeping options. All doonas, pillows, linen and towels are provided. You only need to bring your beach towel. The main living area features a very comfy leather lounge suite and up to date TV and DVD, as well as a dining setting for up to eight people. The compact kitchen in this spacious open plan layout is separated by a seventies breakfast bar and Bali style stools. The smaller formal lounge room is the ideal nook for a quiet read or simply relaxing. There are two outdoor courtyards enclosed by high brick walls for privacy, child safety and pet friendliness. The larger family courtyard features a sheltered patio garden area with an outdoor setting well placed for catching cool breezes in summer or the morning sun in winter, perfect for alfresco dining. The private courtyard has a more intimate feel. This special spot has a two piece café setting for dreamy cocktails; lounging furniture and lots of green leafy pot plants. Easily seating five, the heated spa is tucked away in its own corner off the private courtyard. Everyone who stays at the Beach House loves the spa!
