Kulvindar was very good to deal with and made an effort to go the extra mile and responded to emails promptly. He gave good advice about local tours and his recommendation for a car rental company worked out really well for us. The house was comfortable and good value for money. We would stay again in the future :-)

We directly dealt with owner - Kulvindar who was very helpful from answering every question we had to guiding us with maps that lead to the villa. The villa itself was fantastic and weather was perfect timing. What you see is what you get. We were recommend to hire a car which was a good idea as we had places to go. All in all, a wonderful holiday what was made up from service, value for money, villa, and weather. M.E

Why stay at Incredible and peaceful 2 bedroom villa with modern pool?
*Value for money
Less than $19.14 AUD per night between 6 people, you get a villa on a quarter acre block, immaculately manicured, fully furnished, 2 good size bedrooms with en suites swimming pool to name a few and not to mention the villa has been fully renovated recently.
*Water sports
We have good relationship with the local water sport operators, hence, guests have better deals on certain activities such as Jet Ski, Kayaking, and Buggy dirt trek ride. Other major activities such as White Water Rafting, Scuba Diving, Fishing and Chartered Fishing and Boat cruise.
*Payment (quoted in AUD only)
Pay via Paypal so you are secure. You can also pay via direct deposit.
*Location
Access to all the fun, exciting relaxed activities and amenities that one would need for a perfect holiday such as but not limited to Restaurants, Bars, Golf Course, Bank, Super Market, Club etc.
*Villa
Experience a relaxed and serene holiday in the Villa where you hear the palms tree on a average tempreture of 28 by the swiming pool. Villa is fully furnished that also includes basic wifi internet.
*Service
Staff waiting for you to show you around the villa, brief you down with regards to the amenities in the Villa upon arrival.
*Maid service
Hire the maid for a small fee of $20.00 FJD (approx $11.00 USD) per day who will cook, clean, wash and tidy (payable to the maid).
*Car rental
We have a mutual relationship with a local car rental company who provide our guest with a discounted price.
*Check-in
Normal Check-in is at 11.30 am and check-out is 11.30 am. Please note that prior notification is required for checkins later than 10.00pm.
Please note that maximum number of guests we can comfortably carter for are 5 persons. Any extra persons will need to be advised prior to booking. Additional fees will apply if additional guest are not disclosed.

Push bikes, Nintendo Wii, Tablet
From February 2014 we will also provide 2 brand new push bikes so you can ride along the quite streets, shops and take in the mountain views, tablet so you can be connected on-line, Wii Nintendo for the family at no extra charge.
Please note additional bond (fully refundable) is required for Push bikes, Nintendo Wii and Tablet.

This is a self-catering Villa. Please consult the owner for further details.
Please note maximum number of occupants allowed is 5 at any given time unless specifically approved by the Management. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Any unauthorised or tampering of the Villa hardware along with occupancy breaches may result in bond being withheld.
Monthly guests please note that the utilises bill & toiletries, Wi-Fi data covered by Villa Pacific Harbour is limited to:
Electricity - $300.00 FJD per month
Water - $250.00 FJD per month.
Gas bottle initially provided, subsequent bottles paid for by guest
1GB worth of Data every month.
Toiletries please refer to staff
Any additional services/requirements will need to be covered by the guest.
