Seascape Beach House has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two are set up with queen size beds and the third has two single beds. An additional bed can be set up on request.

Open living area

The open living area has high ceilings and is light and spacious. It opens out to a pleasant siting area on the south side and a spacious court yard/entertainment area to the north. Great for BBQ's and outdoor dining. It has 3 two seater lounges, TV, DVD player, games and DVD's. The kitchen has an attractive 6 seater timber dining setting.

Seascape has an attractive, well appointed kitchen with all of the usual cooking necessities.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a large shower and a luxurious two person bath.

Courtyard

Seascapes courtyard faces north and is sheltered from the prevailing SE and SW winds by the boomerang shape of the house. It is a pleasant sunny courtyard in winter and is a fantastic area for outdoor living and dining.
