This beautiful family home is situated on the mountain side of Akapuao in the Village of Titikaveka and only a 5 minute walk to white sandy beaches. It features large living areas with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With a large deck area and huge lawn for the kids to run around this will be ideal for large family groups. It is also situated next to it's sister home, Sam & Tere's Villa.

Cannot fault our stay at this house - would definitely recommend it for families and groups - plenty of space, central to everything whilst being off the main road - all our requests were dealt with straight away and with smiles - thank you so very much for the chance to hire your property - fantastic Meitaki Maata:) Bronwyn, Soraya, Chris, Samantha and Linda. PS loved having the dogs and cats visit - felt like home:)

Our family of eight really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a quick drive to the Fruits of Rarotonga, the best snorkeling beach. The four rooms fit our family comfortably and we appreciated the laundry washer and dryer. Vaine met us at the airport to greet us with leis. Only con was the dishwasher and toaster were not working plus all the wild roosters on the island make for an early morning.

the property for filled our needs and we were happy with it we understand it is island style , which means some things are not in such good repair. The dishwasher was not working nor was the DVD player , I suspect this was nothing new . we don't mind washing the dishes by hand and told the manager so. However the broken doors that would not lock and windows that the latches were broken were some concern because we had read that security was an issue in some parts of the island . The broken DVD player was a pity because we had brought some dvd's for the kids to amuse themselves.
The area was just great as we wanted an Island experience, and that was what we got . we overlooked everything because of that .
Lastly Rarotonga was the winner and the lagoon near us was wonderfull

Lovely house, best location, very easy holiday for 5 and 1/2 of us, who were in Rarotonga for a family wedding.
The directions were easy to follow, and the property manager was there shortly after our arrival.
Everything went smoothly, and our two families really enjoyed ourselves.
The house is really spacious and is in the best location, near the pretty beaches of Titikaveka.
