100 year old villa

This house makes a great home. It is a fantastic place to relax. The house is located in a quiet area, yet close to quality restaurants and shops in Ponsonby. The house is suitable for families. The kitchen has a view looking out over the big sized deck. The deck has outside furniture and a Jacuzzi. It is recommended you have a car to get around quickly. Downtown Auckland city is a short 15 min drive, as well as the ferry. The ferry can take you to the wonderful islands such as Rangitoto and Waiheke Island. A visit to these islands makes a great day trip.
