In the winter relax and unwind in the cosy cottage with a glass of red, candles, and a good book or visit the Peninsula Hot Springs or play some rounds at the Dunes Golf club, both only a short drive away. In the warmer months bathe in the sunshine on the large private deck surrounded by Ti Trees, either relaxing around the 8 seated table or lounge by the BBQ on the deckchairs or two hammocks. The cottage is a twenty minute walk, ten minute bike ride, or three minute drive to the Capel Sound beach foreshore, and Rye village with its cafes and restaurants. Kids are welcome and can be entertained with Playstation 2, DVDs, books and a box of toys. For the rainy days relax on the undercover verandah which runs the full length of the house. The two queen-size bedrooms look out onto the verandah and the Ti Trees. There is a separate dining area that seats eight and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, separate bath, and a separate toilet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, laundry sink, and a fold out clothes line. The cottage has a gas wall heater for the colder days, and a reverse cycle inverter air conditioner to ensure comfort during the summer months. There are also 2 portable fans. Also, room for 2-3 cars in the front drive.
