Bedrooms
Downstairs the master bedroom features a hand crafted rimu super king suite with walk in wardrobe. A widescreen LCD television with satellite and DVD player is set on the wall. This room has fantastic views.
A second smaller downstairs room has a double wardrobe and either a double bed or split to twins.
Upstairs features two bedrooms, one a queen with double wardrobe and the smaller room is a waterfront single. Quality bed and bathroom linen are supplied

Lounge rooms
The downstairs open plan lounge has an LCD widescreen satellite TV and DVD player. Northwest ranch sliders open to an expansive covered waterfront veranda with BBQ and recliner and outdoor dining. The Northeast ranch sliders open to the morning sun patio with outdoor dining and hammock. Upstairs the combined lounge and dining area also has an LCD widescreen satellite tv and DVD player. All 3 ranch sliders open on to an all weather balcony. The private balcony overlooks the moorings and Bay.

3 Bathrooms
Downstairs has a light and airy rimu and marble bathroom with shower and spa bath. A separate wc is adjacent to the bathroom. A second shower is combined with the rimu and marble laundry room with a separate room for wc and hand basin. Upstairs is a third rimu and marble bathroom with shower and wc and handbasin.

The experience
This fantastic property is a level stroll to all tour, cruises, shops, cafes and restaurants. A tennis court is across the road, a boat launching ramp is 50 meters away, and the local wharf can be seen from the house, just a minute away.

The House
This modern home has a rimu and marble kitchen with dishwasher, gas hobs, Bosh ovens and Panasonic Inverter microwave. Both day to day tableware and formal tableware compliment any setting. Leather lounge suite with fully reclining chairs grace the lounge along with a dining area seating for six. Seasonal fruit and vegetables are complimentary from the gardens.
