The house is nice but the HOT water is the biggest problem. We were 9 people and that is what we paid for. The owner put the water heater on timer at night and shut it off after predetermined time. It does not provide enough hot water for us. It is like "early bird Special", who gets up early get hot shower. Then later cold water. The dish washing and clothes washing in frigid cold water. We telephoned the owner about this but no positive response. We had to cut our trip short. We left on 10-Jan-12. Thanks, Ramesh

I responded straight away with a phone call re HOT water and explained that it is NOT on and never has been on any timer and suggested to shower before 11pm as then the water heats overnight ready for the next day. (maybe this was not understood on the phone call) I am not sure how we could have responded any better or more positive to the problem!! They trip was cut short because the quests did not like the aftershocks that mother nature had thrown them.

20 mins to rugby. Walking distance to beach and forrest. Close to many golf courses. Across the road from walking, cycling, running tracks.

3 bedrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 x singles. Seperate toilet and semi ensuite.

Downstairs

1x Double room, Playroom with pull out double bed, 1 small room. Seperate toilet and bathroom. Dining area has 8 seater table with 2 bar stools at the kitchen. Kitchen and good size lounge with 42 inch TV.

Outside

Outside table and chairs. BBQ. Set on a patio coming off the lounge which has a large bi-fold door . Outlook into the forrest is very beautiful and relaxing.
Trampoline and playhouse out the back.
