QUALITY SELF CONTAINED ACCOMMODATION IN A GARDEN SETTING
Rosemary Retreat is a self contained apartment located at the rear of our house in a garden setting. Rosemary Retreat apartment consists of a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The lounge/dining room has a table and chairs, TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, books and magazines with French doors opening to a garden patio behind the rosemary hedge. Enjoy views of the rose garden from the lounge and patio in summer. The kitchen has a Breville double Hot Plate, an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer etc. The apartment is self catering and is available without breakfast or with continental breakfast supplies. Breakfast supplies an additional $30/day for two payable on arrival. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Cereals and Fruit complimentary. The bedroom has a king-size bed, electric blanket, cotton sheets, a duvet (wool blanket available) and second TV. There is a separate bathroom with a shower over a bath, vanity and toilet. Bathrobes, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided.
Off street parking is available for Rosemary Retreat in the garden with access through the garden to the self contained apartment.
Wireless internet is available in Rosemary Retreat. We are located on scenic Otago Peninsula, halfway between Dunedin City and the Royal Albatross and Penguin Colonies and a 20 minute drive from Dunedin City.

SCENIC OTAGO PENINSULA
The scenic Otago Peninsula is located along the Dunedin harbour. The Otago Peninsula has an abundance of wildlife. Visit the Royal Albatross Colony, the rare Yellow-Eyed Penguins and little Blue Penguins. The Peninsula also has many walkways, sandy beaches and Arts and Crafts. See Larnach Castle, the Marine Studies Aquarium or Glenfalloch Gardens. Dunedin City is nearby with shops, restaurants, golf courses, cinemas and theatre.
