The Living area
Inside your own home from home is a spacious sitting area with 2 large comfortable sofas, looking out through French windows on to a small garden & your own deck. The small pretty garden is very private.

Breakfast area
You can eat outside if the weather is fine, or sit at the beautiful Kauri table and enjoy your complimentary Continental breakfast in privacy. If you need to work, then this is the perfect size to work from, but only if you must work.........

The Bedroom
The bedroom can be twin or double, whichever you prefer. The important thing is that the beds are very long, for all of us tall people, and also for everyone else to enjoy as well! There is heaps of storage, which is very important.

Shower and Utility
There is a very pleasant shower and toilet, and next door there are facilities to do your laundry and ironing. It is so convenient to have it all in your own special area.

Around and About
One minute away there is a lovely view of the sea, and far away mountains. walk one minute up the hill and an even wider and more breathtaking panorama of Pegasus Ba opens up in front of you, and the Kaikoura mountains glimmer in the far distance. If you want to go for a walk at once, then you just climb up the hills behind the house, and you can walk for hours, with the ever changing view. You may prefer to cycle up there, as many people do - mountain biking is very popular.

Or you may....
prefer kite surfing, body surfing, swimming, windsurfing, birdwatching. Perhaps the historical side of Christchurch will interest you and the centre is only 25 minutes away. There is a wonderful Art Gallery; Exhibitions; the Court Theatre; Music of every description; excellent restaurants and cafes; and the wonderful Botanic Gardens. If you wish to return closer to home, there is the trip up the Gondola, or drive over the hill to Lyttelton, with yet more glorious views into the caldera, and drive around the rim, and on to Akaroa, just over an hour away.
