Activities

There aren't many properties in Wanaka with a swimming pool, but Sanctuary on Beacon is one that is lucky enough to have one! There is also a tennis court for a friendly game of tennis, plus a pool table inside.

Bedrooms

There are 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, downstairs, has a super king bed, a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, also downstairs, is a super king which can be a twin room. There is a bathroom next door with a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, the two remaining bedrooms share a third bathroom with shower. One of these bedrooms is a super king, which can be split into a twin, and there is also one twin room.

Multiple Living Areas

There are two main living zones at the property. The large open plan living area houses the kitchen, dining area, pool table and a sitting area. Adjacent is a separate media room with TV.

Heating

There is a log burner in the main living area, a gas fireplace in the media room, a night store in the hallway, plus a heat pump for heating/cooling.

There is an outdoor entertaining area with outdoor couches and a bar leaner.
