Multiple living areas

This large property has multiple living areas offering ample space for guests to relax, spread out and not get in each other's pockets! The middle level is home to the living zone. It's fully open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, then three separate living areas with comfortable couches. There is an open fireplace plus a gas fireplace offering warmth and ambience.

Main House - bedrooms & bathrooms

Upstairs on the top floor is 4 of the 5 bedrooms the property has to offer. The large master bedroom has front row views out to the lake, with an ensuite bathroom offering a shower and a tub (you can admire the lake views from this bath tub, with a wine if you so wish!) The other bedrooms - one queen & 2 twin rooms - share a large tiled bathroom with bath and shower. There's an additional bathroom with a shower downstairs also.

Outdoor areas

A garden to the rear of the property has an outdoor dining table, some outdoor sofas and a BBQ. A great space to enjoy in the warmer months! There is also a lawn area for the children to play on. To the front of the property there is a balcony looking out to the lake.

Games room & sauna

Downstairs, the garage is home to a table tennis table, a pool table and a foosball table. Great to keep the kids entertained! There's also a sauna for guests to use.

Separate apartment

Also on the ground floor is the 5th bedroom, which is in a separate self contained studio apartment. This has its own living area with TV, a small kitchen and dining area, a laundry, a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.
