Villas:

We are an absolute beachfront accommodation, three separate open plan villas, lagoon location with all weather verandah/deck areas with outdoor table and chairs. The inside of each Villa is designed to have space whilst decorated in modern style decor. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking facilities including a microwave and hobb (excluding an oven). The villas are all shutter style windows for excellent sea breeze. The cost is $250.00 per night (beachfront/waterfront) Airport Transfers: are optional and are to be booked advance. . Transfers are to be paid directly to driver at the time of pick-up. $20.00 per person, per pick up. We can store your luggage by arrangement. Our guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends - we aim to ensure your stay with us is a wonderful introduction to Rarotonga. Please NOTE: We are located on a flight path therefore there maybe occasional noise. Unfortunately we are unable to accept children under 5 years old.
