Welcome to 13-2 Poole Lane at Rangatira!
This 4BRM townhouse and large entertainment areas is fully furnished with luxury appointments ready for you to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the expansive views across the lake, mountains and downtown Queenstown. The views can be enjoyed from the bedrooms, their adjoining balconies, the study and of course from the lounge/dining kitchen and their balconies.
The apartment is laid out over two floors, with four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms and one large vanity suite. All rooms have underfloor heating, including the bathrooms to provide central heating throughout. Two bedrooms have queen beds and two bedrooms have two king single beds. There are also single beds available also.
A port-a-cot and highchair can also be ordered at time of booking for no additional cost. 13-2 Poole Lane at Rangatira can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
The modern kitchen with granite bench tops includes all amenities including a double drawer dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and quality appliances. The lounge has a beautiful gas fireplace in a schist stone setting and has a fully integrated surround sound system for TV, Stereo, Blu-Ray etc. The lounge is very spacious and there is a balcony adjoining the lounge with a BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy the vista. There is also another balcony off the dining room to enjoy the morning sun.
The bathrooms are very large and spacious with quality fittings throughout, including granite bench tops and his and her basins.
Have a bit of work to do whilst on holiday? There’s even a study for you to use - just don’t get too distracted of the views from the study window..
There is an internal lock up garage which has plenty of room to store all your sporting equipment e.g. skis, bikes etc as well as your car. There is a dedicated space for stacking your skis/snowboards/boots etc. There is also a dedicated car space if you have additional cars with your group.
An laundry is available for your use - with a large washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
