Lighter Quay Stratis 1st Floor Waterfront Apartment with Marina and City Views.

Newly furnished to a high standard to suit both families or three couples this single level apartment is the perfect base when visiting Auckland. It has an east facing balcony and west facing conservatory to catch both the morning and evening sun - the back conservatory has views over a private waterway & a glimpse of harbour bridge and makes for a great chill out area, the chairs will even morph into extra beds if required. While the balcony gets all the morning sun and has stunning views of the marina and city. The apartment has two queen beds and one king bed which can all be split into twins if required. All linen is supplied and the apartment is fully serviced weekly. There is a smart TV, DVD, My Sky HDi, stereo system and docking stations. Unlimited wifi is also included in the cost. The complex is fully secure with an underground carpark - one allocated space for the apartment, plus another available to rent if required subject to availability, a heated pool, spa, sauna and gym and is within walking distance to markets, parks, cafes, restaurants, events centre, downtown transport hub. Complex is completely smoke free - both in apartment itself and all public areas.
