Queenstown retreat is a well located, beautifully furnished stunning home with luxurious beds, and breathtaking panoramic lake and mountain views.
The excellent quality beds have been chosen for a wonderful nights sleep, and are dressed with down/feather duvets and pillows. Relax with everything need for your stay, including My-Sky satellite TV, DVD player, flat screen LCD TV, i-pod deck and wireless internet.
Queenstown Retreat is warm in winter with a heat pump and underfloor heating. Firewood is supplied should you want to use the atmospheric wood burner. The ski drying room is a fantastic bonus for skiers.

Incredible Views from Inside and Outside the House
Many aspects of this retreat are a step above the rest, but of them all, our favorites are the stunning view with three meter high (more than 9 foot), lounge patio doors; which open out onto a balcony and garden/patio. The open plan kitchen and living area makes it a great place to spend time with family and friends while enjoying the stunning uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and our mountain ranges. Relax inside or have a barbecue on the balcony/garden patio, there are even herbs growing in the patio garden for keen cooks. 4 sets of large patio doors create a wonderful indoor outdoor flow. The downstairs bedrooms also have patio doors opening out onto the simple garden.

Convenient Location Close to Town
Buses go regularly to and from town, shopping areas, the ski fields and other areas of interest from the bottom of our road. It's just a 2-3 minutes walk to the bus stop from the house. Distances to the local ski field turn offs are: The Remarkables 6km; Coronet Peak 10km; Cardrona, Snow Farm & Snow Park 40 km Arrowtown is 17 km away and Wanaka is 66 km away.

Bed Configuration and Studio
The main house has 2 bathrooms,3 bedrooms (2 Queen Beds and an option for 2 single beds OR a Super-king bed in the remaining room.) The lovely additional self contained studio has a kitchenette, large bathroom with shower, walk in wardrobe and comfortable Queen bed.
