Indoor/Outdoor living Areas The House is on 2 levels, captures the sun all day,and has water views from lounge, living areas, decks and master bedroom. There is a private walkway to the beach. 2 decks leading from the large open plan living and entertaining areas - beachside deck with all day sun an dviews over the beach, the deck off the dining area captures the afternoon sun where you can enjoywatching the setting sun over the Coromandel Ranges. There are BBQ's on both decks.
Configuration of Living Areas & Bedrooms Upstairs has the open plan lounge, dining/kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite opening onto decks both sides. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom and double bedroom plus a 4 bed bunk room and ensuite. There is also a 2nd lounge/gamesroom downstairs with TV and quartersize pool table.
Recreational Equipment 3 bikes are available for tenants use, as well as surf ski and boogie boards. There are also plenty of board games for wet days.

As this is a popular family destination, Surf Life Saving Club patrols the beach over the summer season Charterboat hire for game fishing or snapper fishing is also available There are numerous walking and moutain bike tracks through native bush or along the estuary and beach. Recently opened International 18 whole golf course (Lakes Resort) is only 3 km from the house. There are also 2 x 9 hole Golf courses and tennis courts close by. Pauanui has its own restaurants, cafe and a supermarket. There is also a small airstrip and helipad nearby with flights to and from Ardmore airport. Handy to exclusive Puka Lodge and Pauanui Club for fine dining or you can take the ferry over to explore Tairua.
