Great apartment! We enjoyed our stay. The views from the apartment are just beautiful and the walk into town were convenient. We would stay here again if we return to Queenstown.

Modern Spacious Apartment Layout
This is a modern spacious (189m2) 2 level apartment, The first floor comprises a double garage, entry area and open plan living/dining area and kitchen. On the floor below are two big bedrooms, a smaller third bedroom and two bathrooms and a separate laundry.

Living/Dining Area
This area has huge floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Remarkables mountain range, across the lake to the Kelvin Heights golf course and to Cecil Peak, Walter Peak and beyond down the lake. The dining area has a 6 seating dining table overlooking the view. The Living area has a leather lounge suite in front of a gas fireplace and has a big 55 inch LCD TV with SKY channels and a home theatre with Blue Ray player and IPOD link.

Kitchen
This is a modern fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher, 5 hob gas cooktop with extractor fan, modern oven, microwave, insinkerator, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, electric crock pot, wok, pots and pans. It also features a bar bench with 3 leather stools.

Double Garage
The double garage has remote controlled automatic doors. There are ski and snowboard equipment racks and electric boot driers.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has huge double glazed floor to ceilling windows over looking Lake Wakatipu and the the Mountains. Also view a 32 inch flat screen LCD TV with Sky channels from bed. It has a Super King bed which can be split into two long single beds if required. The beds have electric blankets and a cosy faux fur throw. All beds have 3 pillows (firm, medium and soft for your choice of comfort). The bedroom also contains a small desk and mirror and a large wardrobe area that leads to the ensuite.

Ensuite
The modern ensuite is beautifully tiled and contains a large shower, basin and toilet. There is also a hair dryer.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom also has huge double glazed floor to ceilling windows over looking Lake Wakatipu and the mountains. This is a smaller bedroom but still measures about 10 square metres and contains a double sofa bed and also a desk, chair and mirror.

This modern bathroom is also beautifully tiled and contains a large shower, basin and toilet. There is also a hair dryer.

Laundry
Also situated on the lower floor between the two bathrooms is a separate laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and a laundry sink. There is also an ironing board and steam iron. The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment for your convenience.

Heating
The apartment is well heated with electric panel heaters, underfloor heating and a gas fire place.

Excellent location
The apartment is located on Panorama Terrace with truly Panoramic views and close to the centre of town. The lake is less than 400 metres away where the is a lovely walking, running and cycling track that can take you through the Queenstown Gardens to the centre of town and beyond if you turn right or down to Frankton and over to Kelvin Heights and beyond if you turn left. The town centre is only about 900 metres walk.
The Mellinium Hotel Conferrence Centre is about 400 metres walk.
The apartment is about 7 kilometres from the airport.
Coronet Peak Ski Area is about 20 minutes drive.
Remarkables Ski Area is about 35 minutes drive.
Cardrona Ski Area is about 50 minutes drive.
Treble Cone Ski Area is about 90 minutes drive.

Activities
Within a 1km walk are the Queenstown Gardens that have tennis courts, bowling, ice skating and frisbee golf. In the town centre (also less than a 1km walk away) there are booking centres for a huge range of activities including heli skiing, jet boat rides, parapenting, parasailing, white water rafting, river surfing, bungy jumping, canyon swings, luge rides, flying fox rides, rock climbing, sky diving, hang gliding, acrobat plane flights to name a few of the more adventurous ones and for the more sedate activities there are boat cruises, winery tours, fishing trips, spas, scenic flights and 4WD drive tours to Skippers, Lord of the Ring sites etc.

Queenstown has over 100 bars and restaurants and so it is fairly hard to keep track of them all but here are some to try.
For steak and ribs etc. try Flame and Lone Star.
For Pasta try Bella Cuscina or the Red Tractor in Arrowtown
For Indian try Little India or Mantra in Arrowtown.
For Pizza try the Cow or Winnies.
For Seafood try Boardwalk or Fish Bone.
For French try Solera Vino.
For Japanese try Kappa or Salal Sala at Millbrook.
For restaraunts with a view try Skyline Gondola Restaraunt, the Bathouse, Wai Waterfront and Boardwalk.
Some of the top end restaraunts include Saffron in Arrowtown, Gantley's and the Botswana Butchery.
For legendary burgers try Fergburger.
For Fish and Chips try Aggies Shack down by the lakefront.
For some really good value meals try Searle Lane Social and some other good pub meals at Speights Ale House or Monty's.
