The two-storey house is spaciously designed with a large lounge area flowing out onto the verandah where outdoor living is enhanced even more. Onu Bay is perfect for large families and/or groups.

I thing the website should also tell tht you have Bikes, Snorkells etc so people to not think they have to bring there own. Also an larger Esky/Chilly Bin would be a handy addition to take drinks down to the Gazebo/Pool Area. We did have some rain while we were there and there was a few leaks in the roof We had to put buckets and towels under. 2 in the Dining/Family/Lounge and one in the room off the new bathroom. Also because of the time of year and being so hot it would be nice to have had the whole house air conditioned. I know the locals are used to the heat but a lot of the tourists are not. One of our couples had to sleep in one of the other bedrooms on the floor because it was so hot in the bedroom and as soon as the morning sun came up it was unbearable in the room as the curtains were not thick/dark enough. Also the windows behind the bed in the water view room had no curtains and if other people were walking up the stairs or in the other 2 bedroom on the other side of the house there was not privacy to get changed. A bathroom/toilet would be nice upstairs too. In saying all that I would stay there again and recommend it to my fellow travellers. Sorry I took so long to reply. Colleen

Emily Fallon was great. Met us at the airport and showed us around. Couldn't get the stereo to work but sky tv was great for the rugby. location excellent! Only one key for one door No instructions about where to leave key at end of stay. Overall an excellent rental house

Onu Bay Holiday House

Onu Bay is a 5 bedroom Executive House on the western sunset side of Rarotonga. The house is perfect for a family holiday or to share with friends - a home away from home. Onu Bay offers plenty to enjoy your holiday in paradise. The house is set back in a garden just 40 metres (approx) from a beautiful white sandy beach where the swimming is safe and snorkelling is easy. This two storey house with 2 bathrooms has generous living inside and out. A fully functional and open plan kitchen means you can prepare meals in the company of others. Or talk a walk and enjoy local restaurant offerings. Read a book on the verandah, or have cocktails down at the lagoon, which is just a short stroll down a quiet sealed accessway beside the house to the beach. Everything is close when you stay in Rarotonga. Walk, bike, bus, scooter or car—there are plenty of places to go and things to see and do. Come and stay at our place and experience it all for yourself!

But to reduce the amount of wear and tear the house experiences with extra losses/breakages that we have experienced in the past with extended families visiting, we do not allow our house to be used as a 'base' for others staying elsewhere, or extra friends and family to drop by and visit.
