Nikao Cottage Unit 2 - Reviewed by Jodie in November 2017. Paul the owner was amazing , I had millions of questions that he was happy to answer and also got my dates wrong and didn't realise till the week before the booking.
Rose the onsite manager is LOVELY she gave me they keys the day before as the family came in at midnight, we had to get spare keys off her often and she was good about it.
My family were up late abit and loud and she was so good about it. We loved the location. The cottages are like camp type cabins, But so perfect for us. There is a 24/7 gas station less then 3 min walk away which is convenient. My family and I will definitely stay here again. Rating: 5.0

Nikao Cottage Unit 2 - Reviewed by Kristina from New Zealand in November 2015. Absolutely over the moon with the accommodation - we stayed at a Resort on our last visit but much rather preferred the cottage due to the great cost, locality and facilities that it had. Have already recommended it to people that I know for future reference and will definitely look at staying there again on our next trip. Very happy customer :) Rating: 5.0

Nikao Cottage Unit 2 - Reviewed by Ian from New Zealand in July 2014. The house was great value for money especially for a large family of 6 on a low budget. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The house was very clean and tidy and help was promptly provided for a couple of little things we couldn't work out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting good clean cheap accommodation in Rarotonga. Rating: 5.0

Nikao Cottage Unit 2 - Reviewed by Julia from New Zealand in July 2013. We were really pleased with this place. The unit was cosy and had everything we needed - there was a lot of attention to detail such as milk, juice and water in the fridge on arrival, pawpaw and flowers put out in the dining area, washing machine, laundry liquid, snorkelling gear and kayaks available to use. There was a lot of safe open grassy space for children to play and the units were reasonably far apart. The airport runway was at the end of the property with great views of the planes. The property manager was exceptionally helpful, efficient and reliable. Lovely, private and well located place to stay. Rating: 4.9

Nikao Cottage Unit 2 - Reviewed by Deidre from Australia in September 2012. The gas stove was quite dangerous to use (not sure why but the gas flared up a lot & one of the burners didn't work at all). When I arrived I found that the toaster didn't work. I was given another one straight away which wasn't too bad (except that it always burnt the first two slices of toast!) The cooking equipment & utensils were all rather old & not working real well (knives were very blunt & the fry pans all a bit worse for wear) & no containers in which to store food. But I managed with what was there & otherwise it was good. There were complimentary paw paws, milk & water which was very good. Rating: 3.9
