Emilie Suite Our Double room with the mountain and rural vistas consists of: French queen bed with Bianca Lorrenne Linen. Under floor heating for your comfort and warmth along with an electric blanket. Separate entry to come and go as you please. Your own private bathroom: With luxurious deep bath, shower, under floor heated tiles. Hairdryer and Toiletries supplied.

Exquisite Country Bed and Breakfast in the Heart of the Abel Tasman

Neudorf Hall is steeped in History. Set amidst the lush Moutere pasture and in a lovely Valley which was home to many German migrants. The original building began its life as a school in the 1870s with 53 pupils. The single roomed building had a large fire at one end which is still evident to this day retaining the original wooden mantel. Later in 1930 the school became the Neudorf community Hall thru until 1980. Then in 1980 – 2004 it became the home of the Upper Moutere Playgroup. If these walls could talk what stories we could share!! The Hall was home to Dances, Table Tennis, indoor bowls and much much more. In 2004 the Hall was put up for tender and the money raised from the sale went toward the building of the Upper Moutere Recreation centre. Upper Moutere was fortunate that the English architect who purchased the property saw the challenge in resurrecting the old building to its present day glory. It took him and two other builders two and half years to complete and you can see the passion and pride that went into it when you visit and look thru a bound book that takes you on the complete journey. We purchased the property in late 2007 and decided that we wanted to combine our personal passions of Art and Hospitality and share some of the splendor of our home by opening our own Exquisite Country B&B. Stroll thru the garden and enjoy watching Michael working on his various sculptures in his private studio. All sculpture is for sale. By 2009 end we hope to have completed building of a purpose built Gallery /Studio for Michael So here our story begins……make sure you sign our visitors book and be a part of it all.

Scarlett Room Our single room with Garden and Courtyard views consists of: Luxury King Single bed (with Pop up if necessary.) So if you are traveling in a group of 3 or 4 we can accommodate you all. Bianca Lorrenne Linen, under floor heating and electric blankets. All windows and doors are double glazed for extra warmth and both rooms have Internet access. Our Home is Slipper/House shoe friendly. For Breakfast you will be able to choose from a range of Gluten Free and Organic cereals along with Fresh seasonal fruit and breads. For Lunch and Evening Dining most prefer to enjoy the many local cafes and restaurants.
