This deluxe 2-story 4-bedroom high bank riverside home offers lots of extras! Outside you`ll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a private hot tub. Inside on the 1st floor, you`ll find one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
