Property was beautiful. Met all expectations and the level of appointments and kitchen kit was fantastic. It is a bit difficult to get to town than the site would suggest. We had a car so not really an issue. Only disappointing thing was that we were asked to pay $150 for the spa cleaning. This was not advertised on the Home for hire site at all and when I queried it with the agent at Relax it's Done she was unaware. I then checked the site again and it wasn't there. All charges should be represented on the site so there are no surprises. It didn't detract from the stay but you should be upfront.

Great house with spectacular views and very nicely furnished and well equipped. Would definitely book it again. The only thing that could have made it better is having king beds that split into singles to make sleeping arrangements more Flexible for our group of 8.

Four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with luxury linen. The master bedroom with king bed and separate bathroom, boasts spectacular lake views. The second and third guest bedroom both have queen beds and share the family bathroom with laundry facilities. The fourth self-contained guest bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, has a private external access on the lower level (with no internal access). All three bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Terms and Conditions
•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. •Rates are inclusive of GST. •Minimum night stay of 3 nights most of year (as per council regulation) and 4 nights during ski season. Min 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period and minimum 4 night stay applies for Chinese New Year period. •A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. •Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Mountain Vista. •No pets or animals are permitted. •Mountain Vista is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager.
