Great Layout

Master bedroom with office and ensuite at the top of the house (sea views), and two seperate bouble (queensize) bedrooms on the 1st floor, both sharing a bathroom and seperate toilet. There are 4 portable single mattresses which can be stored in a wardorbe, plus a basinette and portable cot can be made available.

Living

Fully operational kitchen with large island and bar stool seating. Open plan with 2 couches and byfold windows opening onto large sunny deck with sea views. Wood burning fire for cosy winter evenings (wood provided) and sea breeze makes it comfortable during the summer. Byfold windows also in the bedrooms for good air flow.

Off-street parking and street parking for trailer boat. Washing machine and clothes dryer. Broadband interent. Complimentary tea, coffee, condiments etc.
