The bach

The bach is a very old cottage style Kiwi Bach ie. a traditional no frills holiday cottage that used to be part of evey NZ family.
The atmosphere is cosy and homely. There is an outside flush toilet but that is part of the charm of the place. It is in a private garden setting overlooking natural bush and down through the trees to the boat harbour. There is a deck with outdoor dinning and lounging and a great barBQ. There are a couple of futon dbls and a standard dble and two single beds so plenty of sleeping for a smallish place.
There are bush walks and you can walk to the village for a coffe or shopping in 10 mins or go fishing of the two warfs nearby or take out the kayak or dinghy for a fish. The beautiful Coopers beach is just over the hill 10min walk or 2 min drive. You can bring your own linnen or hire some while you are there. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay as it it an ideal place to stay while exploring the natural treasures and beauty of the real Far North of NZ.
