We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow pati,It was exactly as it was on the web site.It was clean and in good order,and the gardens were beautiful.and well kept.The only problem we had was with the gas hot water the second day ,the batteries had gone flat so no hot water, we eventually got in contact with Rohan ,although the contacts numbers on our paper work we not revalent to the contact numbers we needed to contact Rohan.It took a few phone calls to contact him.The laundry could've been better organized and equipped with an iron and board. Just a suggestion for future guests coming from overseas, It would be good to have basic essentials in kitchen eg.washing up detergent,extra garbage bags and dishcloths.Also maybe a laminated card with contact phone numbers if any problems arise.We did have a pleasant stay ,and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Raratonga.

We had a bit of a mix up regarding our arrival as we came from one of the resorts and the property manager was unsure when we were arriving at the property. When we called the property manager on our instructions we were told that that person no longer managed the property and it took us a while to get into the property. We had to wait for quite a while for the old property manager to locate the new one. Once we got in our stay was fabulous and the property manager was great. We will come again definitely and will encourage our family and friends to visit also.

Absolute Beachfront Bungalows
Exotically isolated and hidden-away near the reknown Avaavaroa surf-spot on the southern coast of Rarotonga. Popular with surfers from Hawaii and Australia--each Bungalow is so large & spacious--tastefully furnished with high-ceilings, polished wood-floor and insect-screened for comfort. The open-plan design flows out onto a covered-deck, with lagoon views.

Bungalow Facilities
Each Bungalow has a King-Size bed with night-stands and a Sofa-bed (opens out to a double/full-size bed). There's a 6-drawer dresser, large open wardrobe, standard floor fan, a DVD player, a clock/radio and 21-inch TV.

Kitchen/Dining/Bathroom
In the kitchen/dinette area there is a Breakfast Island/Bar with swivel-stools, a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooktop, jug and toaster. Kitchen utensils/cutlery, crockery, glassware and pots and pans. All towels and linen are provided. The large bathroom facilityincludes shower, vanity and WC.

Laundry
The Laundromat, with an automatic washing machine and ironing facility is located in a detached "cottage" behind the bungalows. Alongside one Bungalow is the shared-clothesline. Each Bungalow has gas hot-water. An open-air shower under a swaying coconut tree is conveniently located on the beach for guests to rinse/wash-off sand and salt-water.

Tropical Garden/Fruit-Trees
The Bungalows are surrounded by a lush-green garden of tropical plants, fruit trees and flowers. Guests are encouraged to help-themselves to the drinking-coconuts, passionfruits, ripe bananas and pawpaws (when in season) even the fragrant flowers in the garden...ie, frangipani, gardenia, hibiscus etc.
