Had a amazing time staying at your lovely home, so much so that we didn't want to leave. The house was beautifully presented, loved the Maori/New Zealand theme running through out the house and had everything we did and could have needed. Good location, the Bakery over the road was a bonus had good selection especially in the pie department! Would and will recommend the house and hope that we are able to stay again. This is a beautiful place, and was exactly as advertised on the website. We had no trouble finding it - though the directions for finding the key could state that the key is hidden on the back deck - it took a bit of looking. But no worries, we found it. The thermal bath worked exactly as described - lots of explanation for using everything, as well as restaurant suggestions. The property owner was very welcoming, and has been most cooperative in arranging to send and electronic reading device that my son left behind. I would highly recommend this property - in fact, my family could not believe that I found such a perfect place on the internet and that it was exactly as advertised - if not better. Lisa - U.S.A.
This accommodation was absolutely FANTASTIC! Location is just outside the city centre which provides a quiet stay, yet in easy walking distance from the closest hotel for pick-up by local tour organizers. Maruata provides a very modern and luxurious stay with lots of extras such as free telephone, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen etc. Host was also very helpful and friendly.
