In the Heart of South Pattaya
Our Luxury Villa’s are situated in a quiet & secure community only 40m apart with only 5 other homes in a private gated road and only a few minutes walk from the main entertainment district in Pattaya (1400m to Walking Street). Pattaya Beaches, Shopping Malls, Restaurants and numerous other Pattaya attractions are all only a short distance away, and if you don’t like to walk in the sun we can arrange: Motorbike Taxi, Songtaew, Taxi, Minibus to collect you from your vacation home or you can rent your own vehicle and drive yourself (with the correct insurance & licence). Many local Villa Rental Companies and Agents offer a free car for staying at their Villa’s which although this is very useful when staying at Villa’s situated some distance away from the Heart of Pattaya (which many of them are), in many ways it can make your holiday very stressful. If you have never visited Pattaya before you will be unaware of the amount of traffic on the roads and the direction you need to go to reach your destination.

Our Pattaya Rental Villas are fully furnished and have 2, 3 or 4 Double Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, En-Suite Bathrooms, Private Swimming Pool, Garden, TV’s & DVD Players in all Bedrooms, BBQ, Bed Linen, Towels, Crockery, Kitchen Utensils, Room Safe’s, Toiletries, Tea & Coffee, Drinking Water, Wireless Internet Connection, Cable TV and are fully Air-Conditioned.
Our Luxury Villa’s are suitable for Families, Couples, Singles or Groups of guests and if one of our vacation homes is not big enough to accommodate your group we can put a sofa bed in either of the Villa’s or if you are traveling with a large group you can rent all 3 holiday homes ensuring you enough room for up to 20 people, as the Villa’s are next door to each other it makes it very easy to spend time with your friends or family in the stunning gardens, playing in the private swimming pools while still staying in absolute luxury when you decide it’s time to retire to any of the large double bedrooms for an afternoon nap or a good nights sleep.

Enjoying your Holiday
Our staff will ensure you have everything you need throughout your holiday with us and if you have any special requests or need information on anything we will always be happy to help you. Many of our guests come with their children but would like the opportunity to enjoy the odd evening out alone, no problem, we can ensure your children are well taken care of using our in-house babysitting service. If you have pets and would like to bring them with you let us know when you are booking and we will be happy to provide luxury accommodation for them too.
We also have a Mini-Bar, Mobile Phone Rentals, Laptop Rentals, Local Sim Cards, Grocery Shopping, Villa Menu, Laundry, Transport and many more services.

Villa "1"
This is the 1st of our Vacation Homes in Pattaya, and is a single storey building and comprises of 4 Double Bedrooms with En-Suite Bathrooms.
There is a Living Room / Dining Room, Open Plan Kitchen, Large Private Swimming Pool and Garden.
Three of the bedrooms are in the main structure of the Villa and the 4th is in the gardens overlooking the swimming pool. This bedroom has a seating area outside the entrance door with a Jacuzzi which flows down the waterfall and into the swimming pool.
3 of the bathrooms have showers and 1 has a bath with overhead shower, En-Suite Dressing Rooms are also in 2 of the Bedrooms.
This Luxury Villa is set on 800m2 of landscaped gardens. The Swimming Pool is Approx. 20m x 6m and has a Jacuzzi with a waterfall flowing back into the Swimming Pool. The Garden is well lit for sitting out in the evening and is grassed with landscaped flower beds & tropical plants.
We even have fence screens to ensure your garden is private.
A bamboo Sala in the right hand corner of the garden is perfect to lie in the shade during the day, and a tiled Sala next to the Swimming Pool with a table and chairs is a great place to sit and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A large Sala above the swimming pool has the 4th bedroom and bathroom with a table and chairs, it is a well shaded area to sit in the daytime or to enjoy the evening with a few drinks and maybe you would like to step into the jacuzzi and just relax with a cold beer.
There is a bar on the terrace adjoining your Vacation Home with bar stools and a table and chairs if you would like to sit and listen to music while you have a glass of wine & wait for the Steaks or Lobster you have got cooking on the large brick built BBQ on the patio area. Perfect to prepare some of the great seafood you can get from the local market or some fine imported steaks from the nearby supermarket if you have friends round for lunch or dinner at your holiday home in Pattaya.
Your Holiday Rental Villa is fully furnished with TV’s and DVD players and Room Safes and Air-Conditioning in all the Bedrooms, and the Living Room. There is surround sound music in the Living Room and Dining area with Leather Sofa’s, Granite Coffee Table, Desk & Mini-Bar. In the Dining area there is a Granite Dining Table with handcrafted solid teak legs and 8 chairs, perfect if you would prefer to sit inside to have your dinner with the Air-conditioning on.
You can use the free wireless Internet service to stay in touch with friends back home or to research any trips you would like to make. We have mobile telephones with local Sim cards so that you can either call friends back home cheaply, find information on any of the many local attractions we have in the area, call to us if you need anything or call our local taxi service to pick you up at the Villa.
