A couple of maintenance issues but nothing that hindered our stay. Great location. Very central to the town. Great apartment.

This is really an amazing place to stay within Queenstown especially in winter with the underfloor heating and fireplace. I would recommend this house to everyone. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the house itself is very central to the town

Apartment was great, Anna the owner was great.
Perfect for our family of 7.
Dishwasher wasn't great, could do with more heating, blinds in bedrooms downstairs need replacing, great position in town.
Would stay again.

The only problem I had with this property was the arrival instructions. We were originally told the wrong house number. When I enquired with the owner about this, we were told the correct number, and the key was indeed in the letterbox as indicated. However the owner had said nothing about the number code on the gate nor the alarm in the house (which luckily wasn't on). The codes were on the key tag, but it was not specified what these numbers were, and not knowing in advance that number codes would be required to enter the house, it was a little confusing the first time around. Otherwise, however, the property was great and definitely lived up to its advertisement.

Lake Street Apartment is one of eight privately owned apartments in Lake Street, central Queenstown.
Situated on the end of the block away from the street, with only one common wall and next to parkland, Lake Street Apartment accommodation is both very private and quiet.
This peaceful sanctuary is where guests can rest and relax beside an open fire before venturing out from their central base to enjoy the many attractions in Queenstown.
Lake Street Apartment accommodation has 3 levels. Entry level is at street and garage level, no stairs to contend with. The double garage is attached to the entry lobby and offers easy access to the kitchen, laundry and living areas.
Upper and lower sleeping levels offer luxury accommodation for seven. Perfect for two families, extended families or three discerning couples.
