Situated in an elevated position, the top floor of only three apartments in this purpose built building. The sloping position offers drive up and parking close to the private entrance.

Romantic sleigh bed looks through opening french doors to Lake Wakatipu and Walter Peak beyond. Melt into the sumptuous feather mattress topper, European style duvet, an abundant choice of pillows,crisp white linen after enjoying a soak in the super deep bath.

The Ensuite bathroom, features Italian tiles with under floor heating.Off the living room is a second guest powder room and has a shower,offering the choice of his & her bathrooms. White fluffy towels,NZ Toiletries & hair dryer are supplied .
