Open plan living, dining and kitchen

Select a DVD from the expansive library, sit in front of the cosy gas fire or simply gaze at the panoramic views. The living and dining areas open out onto an entertainers’ deck with outdoor seating for eight and a hooded BBQ. The kitchen is well-equipped including with an easy to use coffee machine, and is open plan with bar stool seating and the dining area with seating for eight.

Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bathroom, complete with spa bath and separate shower. Two more bedrooms share the family bathroom: one has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. All three bedrooms have a TV with SKY (cable), good sized wardrobes and sliding door access to a balcony or patio to maximise views and indoor/outdoor flow.

The great outdoors

The views from the main balcony are hard to beat! There is a BBQ and table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining with a view. Or simply relax, indulge in a local wine or watch the paragliders come down from Bob's Peak at the must-do Skyline gondola attraction. Upstairs two of the bedrooms have balconies sharing these same stunning lake and mountain views. The third bedroom has courtyard access, which is sunny and sheltered at the rear of the property, also with mountain views.

Practicalities include:

A laundry, guest bathroom on the main living level, underfloor heating throughout, heated towel rails, double internal access garage and drying cupboard for your ski gear.

All-inclusive price

Rates are all-inclusive of GST, free wifi and local calls, linen, exit clean and for a maximum of six guests. Personal welcome upon arrival, 24/7 on-call and concierge services available.

Minimum stays

Minimum night stay of 3 nights applies most of the year (as per local council regulation). Minimum 4 night stay applies during peak ski season (July – August). Minimum 4 night stay applies during Chinese New Year (29th January – 12th February). Minimum 7 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period (20th December – 13th January).

Terms and Conditions

•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. •A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. •This is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
