Bedroom and Bathrooms

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Three bedrooms, all with premium linen, large wardrobes and lots of natural light. Master bedroom has fantastic lake views and an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The master also has a TV and private balcony to admire the views from. Two comfortable guest bedrooms share the family bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Configuration

Configuration: The master bedroom has a king bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a king split bed, which can be configured as 1 x king or 2 x singles, giving excellent flexibility for groups of friends, families or couples travelling together.

Extra Guests

This villa can accommodate a 7th and 8th guest on the two top-quality pullout sofa beds in the lounge.

Terms and Conditions

•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. •Minimum night stay of 3 nights most of year (as per council regulation) and 4 nights during ski season. Min 7 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period, Minimum 4 night stay applies over Chinese New Year period. •A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. •This is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager.
