What Karoo View 3 bedroom House as to offer you
Our Karoo View House offers you 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms sleeping 6, with extra capacity in each of the bedrooms & loft area, accommodating up to 9 guests.
Log fireplaces, hot-art fireplace & air-conditioners in 2 of the bedrooms and living areas.
Enormous open plan lounge with TV, large open plan dining area and separate guest toilet.
Two 50sqm stoeps, pool & braai area.
Fully equipped large open plan kitchen with air-con & fire place providing all your “home from home” comforts, ideal for entertaining offers Smeg 5 plate gas stove & electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, coffee plunger, large fridge with freezer capacity, ice trays, filtered water on-tap & stand-alone water filter, dishwasher & washing machine.
Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 and additional single beds may be added if required. The room has a double bed with lounge area in front of large log fireplace including air-con with remote heating & cooling. The en-suite bathroom with including walk-in dressing room, large walk-in “his & hers” shower, double travertine vanities, wall heater, trigger shower, int. shaver point, leads out to private outdoor shower and garden and spacious stoep.
Bedroom 2 also sleeps 2 and additional single beds may be added if required. The room offers a choice of either 2 single extra length beds or a king extra length bed with sitting area in front of log fireplace including air-con with remote heating & cooling. The en-suite bathroom with shower and leads onto the spacious stoep.
Our Stoep Suite, sleeping either 2 or 3, may be rented with the Karoo View House to add a third room to the house.
