Hot water system was not functioning as well as could be expected, for the number of people at the time. Also, downstairs powder room had a distinctive odour as did the Theatre Room and Children's Play Room, to a lesser extent. Everything else was magic which made the holiday experience for all, so comfortable and enjoyable.

Venue Hire Fee

If guests wish to have a function such as a wedding reception or birthday etc, there is a venue hire fee of $20 per person. The fee applies to persons 'not' staying at the premises. Eg; if 10 people are staying at the house and 30 people attend the function, a $400 venue hire fee will apply. No overnight guests.
