The upper floor accommodates a spacious living room, with open fireplace, giving onto a balcony at the front of the property offering stunning views of the valley below. Description Outside: a large (450 square meters), fenced garden benefits from Marco and Marina’s green fingers and provides the perfect setting for ‘al fresco’ dining and relaxing, equipped with tables and chairs. The pool (8.30 x 4 meters) sits in a wood decked area overlooking the valley and comes with loungers and shower . The house is surrounded by its own 6 hectare estate of organically cultivated vineyards and olive groves and is powered by discreet solar panels.
